Usually this means that the program MAMP is not running. Follow these steps to troubleshoot:

- Open MAMP up again by clicking the silver widget with the elephant in your dock or by doing a spotlight search for MAMP.
- If it is already open then click the start servers button to make sure they are on and running.
- If that does not work then quit MAMP and open it again.
- If that does not work then try restarting the computer and re-opening MAMP.
- If that does not work then take a screen shot of the MAMP window and send to "support@xywebsolutions.com" for further troubleshooting (or reply to the ticket already open).
NOTE: we always use "MAMP", not "MAMP Pro"
