Usually this means that the program MAMP is not running. Follow these steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Open MAMP up again by clicking the silver widget with the elephant in your dock or by doing a spotlight search for MAMP.
  2. If it is already open then click the start servers button to make sure they are on and running.
  3. If that does not work then quit MAMP and open it again.
  4. If that does not work then try restarting the computer and re-opening MAMP.
  5. If that does not work then take a screen shot of the MAMP window and send to "support@xywebsolutions.com" for further troubleshooting (or reply to the ticket already open).
